  • What is Automator?

    Automator is a client relationship manager that allows you to track, organize, and market to your business partners and clients. Think of Automator as a loan officer assistant that you don’t have to hire. 


    Automator gives you the tools to be successful by helping you communicate throughout every potential step of a loan.

    Our team will work with you to make the process easy, but we rely upon your speedy reply to any and all correspondence.

  • Will my blogs from my Automator website automatically sync to my social media?

    They will not, but we will send out an email when blogs are published to alert you and remind you to post these on your Facebook business and personal pages as well as LinkedIn.

  • What will the blogs be about?

    Blogs will be written in first person and each one will look as though you wrote it. Three blogs will come out each week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays,  and Thursdays.


    Typically, the Tuesday blog will be about lending. The blog for Wednesday will be about homeownership while Thursday's will either be about a specific program or industry news.


  • Do I create my own marketing email campaigns?

    No need. A lot of time and effort has been put into custom tailoring each campaign for every step of the loan process by combining the knowledge and efforts of seasoned loan officers with real experience and an industry-leading marketing team. There are calls to action to ask your real estate partners for business as well as to direct customers to apply for their loans.


    All emails are linked through to your website to drive traffic from emails to your custom website where a customer can learn more or apply for a loan.
